- Location: Will be shared with the registered participants
- Registration: Please kindly RSVP here by March 10.
Around the world, women human rights defenders (WHRDs) and feminist activists oppose economic systems and power structures that perpetuate women’s oppression and poverty. Their resistance takes many forms, including fighting for labour rights and women’s access to decent work; challenging corporate power and precarious neoliberal political economies; empowering trade unions and supporting care economies; pursuing climate justice and preventing gender based violence at the workplace.
Our cross-regional event will focus on strategies deployed and challenges faced by WHRDs and feminist activists from various contexts who work on intersections of economic justice and feminist struggles.
Will be looking forward to seeing you all at our event! If you are not able to come, please spread the word among your networks!
